Do Nutritional MLM Products Work? | Isagenix, Advocare, Plexus, Herbalife

One of the most common questions asked in our practice ( Kansas City Laser-Like Lipo ) is: “Are nutritional MLM products any good or do they work?” The simple answer is yes, most weight loss programs and MLM nutritional protocols will help a person lose weight; however, the vast majority of MLM products are not what we would consider healthy.

Companies like Isagenix, Advocare, Plexus, Herbalife, and many others use synthetic vitamins (man-made vitamins) in their products or if there are real vitamins they tend to be very low quality (think profit margin). There are also artificial sweeteners, added sugar, high fructose corn syrup, soy, and an abundance of chemicals and toxins that are used in many of the products. The purpose of cleansing and detoxing the body (as most of these companies claim to do with their products) is to remove the chemicals and toxins from the body, not put more chemicals into the body with the MLM products. And if that is not enough, the products tend to be very expensive!
